    Computeren og dens interface er i dag for længst trængt ind i en lang række kulturelle og kunstneriske sammenhænge, fra digitale underholdningsindustrier over digitale kunstformer til digitale formidlings- og designstrategier. Interface-forskningen er imidlertid stort set udelukkende koncentreret om funktionelle arbejdssammenhænge. Forskningsprojektet Interfacekulturens æstetik vil i stedet fokusere på den kulturelle og æstetiske udvikling omkring interfacet .

    EMEDIATE will make innovative theoretical and empirical contributions to the study of European public spheres (EPS). We propose a new, networked and fluid conceptualisation of public spheres. Thus we will cast light upon the intellectual and popular European integration processes, since the 'Enlightenment' and accelerated significantly in the second half of the twentieth century.

  4. New Learners in the New Europe project

    Maslo, E.

    The project was aimed at enhancing students' problem-solving skills to help them face the challenge of life-long learning. It is targeted learners of English, French, Danish, Latvian and Romanian who are older than 14 and have already reached B1 level in one of the given languages.

  5. Bharhut Survey Project

    Hawkes, J. D.

    Exploring the relationships between the development of Buddhism and urbanism in Central India, c. 5th century BC - 5th century AD. The project involved the integration of multiple forms of evidence and disciplinary approaches (archaeology, geography, history and history of art) that are rarely considered together, in order to better understanding the famous Buddhist stupa site of Bharhut, and contextualise the site in its landscape setting for the first time.
